Its has never been found in southern Egypt. This subspecies has several features that distinguish it from other mappa's. Rhomboidal and humped dorsally, anterior rostrate, teeth fine and more numerous, stained orange. This stunning specimen was caught in the north of the Gulf Suez in November 2020. Grading: F+++ Since the specimen is slightly young and did not have time to gain massiveness.
