Ratchanon1201 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

I was very disappointed from my stay and mind you I’m a Accor platinum member and paid extra to come here rather than an ibis. However felt it was just like an ibis just a bit more spacious. I had guest knocking my door in the middle of my sleep and when I called the receptionist nothing was done. Wrote an email to Manoj who is the manager, no reply, no call back. The service is pathetic.

Prima voor airport overnachting. Value dor money. Room had a sour smell though. Should not rent it that way to clients. Any personal should have mention it too. Bathroom outdated and mole on showerhead. Room.misses details in maintenance.

Mattress was knackered Cold tap you had to turn about 12 times for it even work Bathroom looked like from the 1980s Alarm went off at 6am

The room was clean but there was a bad smell in the room all the time and the menu was very limited and they run out of most drinks that was served on tap
