Every Monday join kirtan music lovers around LA for a fun filled night of kirtan featuring only the best artists in the kirtan music scene during Mantra Monday in Santa Monica at IntoMeSea. This week (9/18) get up close and personal with our featured guest, RAAS LEELA KIRTANA, Los Angeles’ best devotional and spiritual kirtan ensemble.
Raas Leela Kirtana is an original Kirtan and Indian music ensemble from LA that performs uplifting spiritual and devotional music from the sacred bhakti yoga tradition of India. Raas Leela Kirtana’s repertoire consists of original compositions, traditional Indian bhajans, sacred mantras, Paramahansa Yogananda’s cosmic chants, and Indian classical music. Raas Leela Kirtana’s spiritual music helps to awaken the devotional and meditative states gained from deep devotional superconscious chanting which in turn opens up the heart fully to receive the love of the Divine thereby yielding complete healing of body, mind and soul.

Raas Leela Kirtana’s self-titled debut album released in 2020 is an uplifting album that takes the listener into a spiritual journey of celestial soundscapes and entrancing sonic atmospheres. The original bhajans, mantras, and ragas in the traditional Kirtan and Indian classical music style featured in the album evoke deep and transcendental meditative states as the listener basks in the peaceful vibrations of this music which are conducive to the healing of body, mind, and soul.
