This Plymouth Barracuda got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1969 Plymouth Barracuda fastback was refurbished in the late 2000s and subsequently acquired by the current owner in 2013. The 440ci V8 is said to have been overbored .010″ and fitted with forged pistons under current ownership, and it sends power to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car was cosmetically refreshed during the refurbishment, and it is equipped with 14″ steel wheels, hubcaps, dual exhaust, hood scoops, drum brakes, front bucket seats, lap belts, and a center console. This M-code Barracuda is now offered on dealer consignment with a Galen Govier decoding report, documentation from the ’69 440 ’Cuda Registry, and a clean Massachusetts title in the owner’s name.

The fastback body left the factory in Ice Blue Metallic (B3), and bodywork was reportedly carried out before it was refinished during the aforementioned refurbishment. Exterior features include a chrome mirror and bumpers, dual black hood scoops, a flip-up fuel door, and dual rectangular exhaust finishers. Pitting is present on the window trim, mirror housing, and bumpers.

Body-color 14″ wheels wear Plymouth-branded hubcaps and are mounted with Firestone Super Sports Wide Oval whitewall tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums. The car was equipped from the factory with a Rallye suspension and front sway bar, and it has been fitted with KYB Gas-a-Just shocks.
