This Plymouth Barracuda got away, but there are more like it here.

This 1971 Plymouth Barracuda coupe was modified and refurbished in the style of a 440 ‘Cuda model under prior ownership beginning in 2002, and a 500ci Wedge V8 now sends power to the rear wheels through a Keisler five-speed manual transmission and a Dana 60 rear end. The car is finished in metallic blue and white with a white vinyl top over a blue interior, and equipment includes staggered-width 15″ American Racing alloy wheels, a custom dual exhaust system, provisions for air conditioning, and a Hurst pistol-grip shifter. This E-Body Barracuda was acquired by the current owner in September 2021 and is now offered on dealer consignment with service records and a clean Illinois title.

The car was finished in Glacial Blue Metallic (GB2) from the factory and is said to have received a glass-out refinish using Glasurit paint products during the refurbishment. Additional elements include quad headlights, driving lights, fog lights, front dive planes, faux hood scoops, a driver-side mirror, a rear “go wing”, and dual exhaust finishers exiting through the rear valance.
