Solution

The correct option is B Archenteron
In the course of development, zygote undergoes cleavage divisions to form the 8-16 blastomere stage called morula. After this stage, blastulation occurs. The morula continues its division and transforms into blastocyst. The blastocyst has a cavity called the blastocoel. The blastocyst then undergoes a process called gastrulation, to form the gastrula. The gastrula contains the 3 germinal layers- ectoderm, endoderm and mesoderm along with a cavity in the centre. The cavity is called an archenteron or the gastrocoel. The gastrocoel is lined by the endoderm.
The body cavity found in between the body wall and the gut wall, which is lined by mesoderm on all sides, is called the coelom. In animals, where this cavity is not completely lined by mesoderm, it is called pseudocoel.
Granulosa cells or follicular cells are somatic cells associated with the female oocyte. The major function of granulosa cells include the production of sex steroids.
