Dwarka: Presented here is a live stream of the Shri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav from Shri Dwarkadhish Mandir, also known as the Jagat Mandir situated at Dwarka, the city that resonates with the legends of Lord Krishna. The coastal city is illuminated with great fervor as it hosts the grand Shri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav, commemorating the 5250th birth anniversary of the divine Lord.
Dwarka, situated along the shores of the Arabian Sea, holds a special place in Hindu mythology as the abode of Lord Krishna. It is the place where Lord Krishna spent a significant part of his life and ruled as a king. As the city comes alive on this momentous occasion, devotees from far and wide gather to partake in the festivities.
The Shri Krishna Janmashtami Mahotsav in Dwarka is a spectacle to behold. The city is adorned with intricate decorations, and temples are illuminated, creating a celestial atmosphere. Devotees throng the temples, offering prayers and seeking blessings for prosperity and peace.
The temple is adorned with lights, flowers, and other decorations. The celebration of Lord Krishna’s birth, Janm-Utsav, will take place at 12 midnight. The Parna-nom will be celebrated tomorrow, on the 8th of September. People will be able to witness the darshan online as well.
The celebration commenced with the Mangla Aarti at 6 AM today. The Janmotsav Aarti will be performed at 12 midnight, and the temple will be closed at 2.30 AM. Later, the Parna Utsav Darshan will take place at 7 AM tomorrow during the Parna-Nom festival. – DeshGujarat
