Best time to visit (and get a seat promptly) is at 7:30 when they open the gates. Awesome Benne dosa with ssstrrong filter kaapi. And the fragrance of the incense sticks. Divine!!!

Awesome benne dosa and filter coffee! Idli too nice but dosa and coffee just too good. Don't forget your cholesterol tabs tho esp after the deceptively small lookin dosa :-)

ardent south-ind food lover,then malleshawaram is the place boy! followed by jayanagar.its an old dosa eatery so don't expect any hi-fi ambience!if you reall love south food then go

Benne dosa is excellant! Wanted to eat the Mangalore bajji but it is available only after 4.00. Idlis are fluffy! Coffee is also good!

The Masala Dosa, Vada, Mangalore Bhajji, Khara bath, and Coffee have to be tasted to be believed. One of the best eateries in Bengaluru.

The Benne Masala Dosa & Filter Kaapi are a must!! Supposedly even for coffee lover like me, you are not supposed to say 'strong' coffee, else you'd get black!! xD

prepare for a long wait. min. 20 minutes on weekends or public holidays. the taste of the butter dosa is absolutely worth your wait.
