With the on-going nation-wide lockdown due to the Coronavirus pandemic, many major automobile manufacturers have extended their warranty plans and have also launched their online sales platform in order to somehow retain their sales number amidst the lockdown.
It seems like the French carmaker Renault has also followed the footsteps of its competitors and has now announced to extend all the existing warranty plans and have also launched an online sales platform ‘book online, pay later’ which will allow all people to buy a Renault car with just a few clicks.

Renault India has also issued a toll-free number through which all the existing customers can get in touch with a Renault sales customer to know about how their warranties have been affected due to the on-going Coronavirus lockdown.

Now, Coming back to the ‘book online, pay later’ campaign where a customer can easily book a Renault car either on the company’s website or via the My Renault application. Renault India has also stated that once a booking has been made, all the interested customers will be contacted Renault sales team providing them will all the relevant details.
Additionally, On the dealers front, the carmaker also said that the brand has put together a special team in order to facilitate financial transactions with dealers and has also extended further support in terms of inventory holding costs. Furthermore, Renault India has also relaxed the ongoing targets in order to reduce burden on the dealers.
