Help!! My aeonium tree's leaves are bending downward

My aeonium tree is bending downward!!

Hi there. I’m in the trial period for this program. This Aeonium is a Red Copper. How do I edit the name in its profile ????? I already tried to use the EDIT option. If I can’t change it, I’m going to cancel the app. Thank you. 💕

My plant has white fuzz on it. Is it mold? I have it in a nice sunny spot now but it was in a darker spot before.

okay so the first picture is my tree aeonium around 2 days ago. I ordered plants online for the first time from mountain crest gardens, the prices are great but obviously when a plant is stored in a cardboard box they’re gonna come out ruff. I did all my research before my package arrived so i was pretty much as prepared as they come. I put him in a new pot, watered him, gave him some sun and he’s like new! I’m so excited and so proud! 🥹 just thought I’d share some progress with yall. What is going on with this guy? I just bought him and the leaves are browning and falling off.
