DEATH: AVELINO FERNANDES FROM GRANDE MORODD Saligao husband of late Teresa Noronha Fernandes. Father of: Marlene Fernandes Vaz / late Gladwyn Vaz (England); Greta Fernandes Costa/ Leonel Costa (Goa) and Iona Fernandes Alberto / Olavo Alberto (England). He was employed by Banco Naçional Ultramarino and after 1961 moved on to the Bank of India, for which he worked in Mumbai and Goa. He was Bank Manager in Saligao too. Died September 22 and funeral on 23rd @ 10.30 am at Saligao. (Photos sourced from the family...
