WTF! 17-Year-Old Chihuahua Mix, Mr. Happy Face Is The World's 'Ugliest Dog' In Bizarre Competition

Recently, at the 2022 World's Ugliest Dog competition in Petaluma, California, Kerry Sanders of NBC acted as a judge and assisted in naming ‘Mr. Happy Face’, a hairless Chinese crested-Chihuahua mix, as the most ugly dog of 2022.

We doubt that any dog or even animal lover would describe this dog as ugly, but some people have referred to it as the world's ugliest dog. Will there really be a contest for the ugliest human beings? And will the competition's winner be happy? referred to as the ugliest person on earth? The answer, then, is no.

The dog may be regarded as the ugliest dog by them, but to us, it is adorable and lovely. The winner, Mr Happy Face, has tumours and neurological issues, requires diapers, has difficulty walking or standing up straight, and has a sloped head. Instead of labelling him as "ugly," let us take a moment to consider what this dog has been through.

Owner of Mr. Happy Face Jeneda Benelly said, "When I arrived at the shelter, I asked to see a certain dog, and fortunately for me, it had just been adopted. I asked whether there were any other dogs that were similar to that one.

She gave the puppy loving care despite a veterinarian telling her it would only live for a few weeks. Mr. Happy Face and his owner received $1,500 (Rs 1,17,990) in prize money as well as a trip to New York City for winning the contest.

Imagine your dog isn't attractive, and they give you lakhs of rupees, a trip to the United States, and other perks. How sad is this? Instead of participating in all these competitions, concentrate on what is essential. We should sort our priorities; winning competitions like these is a sad reality. Rather than just giving $1500, invest it in something that will benefit others. It is completely absurd to win money or anything else based on someone's appearance, whether it is an animal or any other species.

Mr Happy Face is one of the cutest dogs, and we wish him best of luck for the future.
