Trust the people living in Bengaluru to be one step ahead when it comes to things like marketing and tech savviness. A man who took an autorickshaw in Bengaluru was impressed by the way the driver was marketing his Instagram account to increase his followers by printing his handle name on the vehicle itself.
Udayan, founder of GrowthX, shared a photo from inside the autorickshaw that had the driver’s Instagram handle printed in the front. He said the rickshaw driver wanted him to share his photo on social media and tag him. The driver claimed that it was normal for people to post photos of rickshaw rides while on their way to work. “Not going to lie, I love the hustle. And this is 100% @peakbengaluru,” Udayan wrote.

“Saw this yday in Ferozepur, very small town in Punjab. So not @peakbengaluru pls,” a user commented. “This is the real creator economy,” said another. “Man it’s new generation!” wrote a third.
In March, a man had shared his “Peak Bengaluru” moment on X as he met a Uber autorickshaw driver who wants to become a YouTube influencer and makes videos on personal finance. The man, named Sushant Koshy, tweeted a photo of a banner that driver Janardhan had put up inside his autorickshaw advertising his YouTube channel, Gold Janardhan Investor.
