Celebrated Indian designer Manish Arora held a showing of his Spring/Summer 2008 collection in Paris, the fashion capital of the world, on September 30.
While the line consisted of ready-to-wear outfits, we're not so sure who would be ready to wear any of them, considering how outlandish they were! However, they fully managed to convey the designer's creativity and were heavily inspired by the season of spring.
First off we have this multi-hued dress, set off by wild crimped hair, matching bangles and blue lipstick, no less. The Western cut of the outfit, however, doesn't overshadow the Indian inspiration -- the pattern brings to mind a colourful rangoli!
