Propagating Money Plant in the RIGHT way

well .. what’s is this RIGHT way? All I hear or read is everybody is good at propagating money plants especially if its in water. it's pretty easy because of this special species which required the least care.
The videos or articles mostly showing how to propagate them in water but not on soil .. I might be wrong but I couldn't find one so far which provides an adequate explanation of my thoughts.
