Katrina Kaif recently conducted an Ask Me Anything session on her Instagram stories, where she revealed her love for three vegetables and dishes made with them.

As per the post, she loves dishes made with ridge gourd, cauliflower, and broccoli. When a fan asked her about her favorite foods, she wrote the names of the following dishes:

​Turai ki Subzi​

It is a fiber-rich vegetable loaded with water content and is mostly cooked in mustard oil, along with green chillies, onions, cumin seeds, turmeric, and salt.

​Phool Gobhi Ki Subzi​

This is a pan-fried dry side dish made with mustard oil, onion, cauliflower florets, cumin seeds, green chillies, turmeric, and salt.

​Broccoli Soup​

It refers to a thick stew made with sauteed broccoli, blended into a puree, and cooked with minimal spices.
