The charming and beautiful shell of the sea snail Cassis cornuta species belongs to the helmet snail family ( Cassidae ). The large shell has been polished by the movement of the seabed and has acquired a very beautiful patina. About my size. 125mm x 100mm x 100mm. Weight approx. 220g.
Symbol meaning
Sea snails are born in the depths of the seas and they offer a symbolic connection to the ocean's endless energy, constant movement, representing the beginning of all life . Ritual use
On the altar, shells and conch represent the element of water and are placed in the west, with earth in the north, air in the east and fire in the south.
