Michael Learns to Rock ( MLTR ) is an Soft Rock band from Denmark, were former on 1988, this band was founded by Richter, Wanscher, and Nikkel lentz in 1987 when they were in high school, and then because there was no position on the bass, Soren Madsen join to the band.

Michael Learns to Rock is famous in Europe and is also famous in Asia because many of his albums acquired gold or platinum.

MLTR released their first album titled "Michael Learns To Rock" in the year 1991 and many of the songs on the album were famous as well as being hits in several countries in Europe. Two years later the band re-released the album "Color", In 1995 MLTR re-released their third album titled "Played On Pepper", and in almost the same year they re-released a new album, this time titled "Paint My Love" and became the best-selling album in the MLTR career. The next album was released MLTR in 1997 and titled "Nothing To Lose", after the launch of the album MLTR Decided to temporary vacuum for one year.

In 2000, shocking news also shocked MLTR fans because their bassist "Soren Madsen" decided to get out of MLTR. The release of one member did not make MLTR unsteady, as evidenced by the release of their new album titled "Blue Night" Which is not inferior to previous albums especially "Paint My Love". Although currently only three, the band still frequent tours in some countries as well as their appearance was no less when compared to the appearance when they were four.

In 2004, MLTR re-joined and released the album Michael Learns To Rock and released in Asia under the name Take Me To Your Heart. November 2008, MLTR released their seventh album under the title Eternity under their own MLTR label, on June 11, 2012, MLTR released their eighth album titled Scandinavia with single hits "Renovate My Life" and "Any Way You Want It"
