Description: You're going to love our new grouper compared to our old one. Wild caught and sourced from the Gulf of Mexico. Red Grouper is a lean, moist fish with a distinctive yet mild flavor, large flakes and a firm texture. The Red Grouper has a slightly sweeter, milder flavor than the Black Grouper and is considered to be the better of the two. Grouper's flavor profile is like a cross between Bass and Halibut.

Flash Frozen within minutes after being caught at sea, the quality of these filets are second to none. They can be grilled, baked or pan-fried.

Packaging: 9-10 per box approximately 8.5 - 9oz ea individually vacuum packed.

Preparation: From frozen: Bake at 425 degrees for 22-25 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes w/ fork. Optionally dust with bread crumbs and/or parmesan cheese and brown under broiler.

This fish is also very good when battered and deep fried.
