Renault India Starts September With Urban Night Editions

The Indian arm of the French automaker Renault has announced Urban Night Editions of its trio – Kwid, Triber and Kiger. Limited to 300 units for each model, these are based on the range-topping versions with an incremental pricing of INR 14,999 for the Triber and Kiger and INR 6,999 for the Kwid. So, the question is – what do you get for the added premium?

Kwid Urban Night Edition

On the outside, Renault’s bestseller in India dons Stealth Black body colour with Stardust Silver accents in the front and rear skid plates, roof rails, headlamp bezels and bumper garnish. The ORVM caps are piano black, and there’s a rear trunk chrome liner with a Stardust Silver finish. Other feature additions include Stardust Flex wheels, illuminated scuff plates and puddle lamps.

Urban Night Editions of Triber and Kiger

Like the Kwid, the Urban Night Editions of the Triber and Kiger flaunt the Stealth Black exterior colour. The similarities continue with Stardust Silver accents outdoors on both sub-4 metre vehicles (front and rear skid plates, inserts on door-side cladding on the Kiger, and door-side cladding on the Triber). The three-row model also dons a rear trunk chrome liner with a Stardust Silver finish. Feature additions on both models include illuminated scuff plates, puddle lamps and a Smart Mirror Monitor. This 9.66-inch colour screen doubles as an IRVM with adjustable angles and a monitor for front and rear cameras with recording and wireless smartphone connectivity. The Kiger takes things a bit further with ambient lighting.

Renault India says bookings and retails for the Urban Night Editions of the Kwid, Triber and Kiger have commenced nationwide at all its authorised dealerships.
