Isha Koppikar Narang: I get jitters while facing the camera even today

She made her debut in showbiz in 1998 and later was seen in films like Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat, Aamdani Atthanni Kharcha Rupaiya and Dil Ka Rishta. Post her marriage with Timmy Narag in 2009, she went low with her work and now is raring to face the camera once again.
The actress says that even though she has worked in several films, the camera still makes her nervous.She says, “I do get nervous, even today! I say my prayers before I face the camera every time. I still get jitters like the first time. But work is what keeps me going. I just love my work. Getting ready with your costume, putting your make up on and then facing the camera is so much fun.”
When she was away from acting, Isha was busy spending time with her daughter Rianna. Ask her if the eight-year-old likes to watch her mom on screen and she shares, “Well, she cries when she sees me on TV and so she prefers not to see me on screen. Like, in one film I have a daughter, so she asks me, ‘How can you have another daughter when I am your daughter?’ Then in one film someone hits me and she started crying seeing that scene.”
Known for her special numbers like Khallas, prod her to talk about Rianna’s favourite dance number starring her mom and she shares, “That’s Aaj Ki Raat (Shah Rukh Khan starrer Don).”

A fan of Bollywood cinema, Rianna enjoys watching Tiger Shroff starrers, but she also follows Aamir Khan’s movies. Isha signs off saying, “She has seen his films like PK, Taare Zameena Par and also 3 Idiots.”
