Shah Rukh Khan reveals THIS was the only issue during ‘Devdas’ shoot

Shah Rukh Khan marked 19 years of ‘Devdas’ with fond memories of the movie and unseen BTS pictures. He showered praise on his co-stars Madhuri Dixit, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jackie Shroff and Kirron Kher and referred to director Sanjay Leela Bhansali as ‘patient’. “All the late night….the early mornings…. hard pace & problems. Worked out fine because of the gorgeous @madhuridixitnene .The stunning @aishwaryaraibachchan_arb , ever cheerful @apnabhidu dada, full of life @kirronkhermp and the whole team slogging it under the masterful and patient #sanjayleelabhansali,” wrote Shah Rukh Khan. He also revealed that he was troubled by only one thing during the shoot and shared, “Only issue….the dhoti kept falling off….!! Thx for the love everyone #19YearsOfDevdas.” .

Previously, Madhuri Dixit had penned a memorable note about the film and shared, “Reminiscing some great and happy memories from the sets of Devdas. Even 19 years later it all feels so fresh! Thank you Sanjay for sharing these. Will Cherish these forever! Here’s our ode to #DilipKumar, just like #Devdas, you will continue to live on… forever! #19YearsOfDevdas.” Jackie Shroff also thanked all those who were a part of the memorable movie and wrote, “Aaj sirf ‘Y’ se yaad hi nahin, ‘Y’ se yakin bhi nahi ho raha 19 saal hogaye Devdas ko! Shukriya all the bondhu's who were part of the Saga !”

Madhuri Dixit, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Devdas’ was an epic cinematic experience. The film hit the screens on 12 July 2002 and featured lavish sets, exquisite costumes and elaborate dance numbers.
