Annai Vailankanni College of Engineering (AVCE) is a private, self-financing, co-educational Engineering College established in the year 2008 by Dr. D. Peter Jesudhas. It is located near Pothaiyadi Salai, Kanyakumari, the southernmost town in India. AVCE is about 8 Kms from the Kanyakumari Railway Station and 15 Kms from Nagercoil junction. AVCE is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi & has been affiliated to ANNA University, Chennai since 2008. The college is surrounded by an array of green-clad, sky scraping mountains of the Western Ghats. The weather is cool and breezy with clouds drifting high over the mountains giving frequent drizzles. The Southern Districts namely Thirunelveli, Tuticorin and Kanyakumari (where “Loyola Institute of Technology and Science (LITES)” is established) were once referred as the Oxford of the South, since large number of meritorious graduates came out of this place and served our Motherland with grace and dedication.

Bethlahem Institute of Engineering (BIoE) is affiliated to Anna University Chennai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. This Institution was established in the year 2008 with a vision to provide focused technical education to empower budding technocrats with technical and entrepreneurial skills so as to become globally competent. The Trust started its academic journey with Bethlahem Matriculation School in the year 2002 and gradually added five more Institutions viz. IN-PLANT TRAINING AND INDUSTRIAL VISIT

To make the students conversant with the industry, our faculty takes the students for industrial visits. The college has also provided Japanese language training for the students for worldwide opportunities. Students are being encouraged to do in-plant training to enhance their technical skills. We are also training the students to improve their communication skills through the language Laboratory. Well Qualified Principal, Faculty and Placement Division:

All the departments are headed by experienced professors who have vast experience in the field of engineering education. All the faculty members are qualified with a minimum qualification of Master’s degree. The total build–up-area of our college is around 5 lakh sq.feet.

The college provides conducive atmosphere for learning in the class room and for self-learning in the laboratories. All the departments are equipped with Overhead Projectors and LCD Projectors for classroom teaching. The College library is spread up over an area of 5000 sq.feet and has 20000 volumes of books, national and international journals of repute.
