Since then, he's sailed to 46+ different countries and across 4 oceans.

Prior to embarking on this journey by sea, Brian worked at Microsoft, eventually leaving to start his own software company. One day, he realized that he was unhappy, and at the age of 33, he decided to sell everything and purchase his sailboat with the intention of taking a two year sabbatical.

Since then, Brian has met his wife Karin and started a family abroad. He's also started a YouTube channel to document his adventures. Today, both their channel Sailing SV Delos and crowdfunding are able to fully sustain Brain's family and their lifestyle.
