Yes you can. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. In the event that we do not have a requested size we will contact you for approval before shipping your order.

If multiple orders are placed on the same day and shipping to the same address you will only be charged a one time fee of $6.25. If the order is shipping to multiple addresses, there will be the $6.25 charge for each shipment.

Your order will be carefully wrapped in protective material or a small bag, placed on a cushion of paper fill and tissue paper, and enclosed in a natural fiber drawstring pouch. Larger items like the Limpet Trees will be wrapped in protective material and tissue paper. We take every measure to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

Please contact us via Etsy within 24 hours of receiving your item. Provide photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Ship items back within 14 business days of delivery.
Items must be received in their original condition in order to receive a refund.
