Aeonium arboreum "Purple Rose" is an evergreen succulent with magnificent rosettes of glossy, fleshy, dark-purple leaves when exposed to full sun. When grown in part shade, the rosettes are reddish purple with a green center. Attractive when not blooming, this Aeonium is particularly striking when it produces bright golden racemes of small, star-shaped flowers in summer. Grows into a shrub-like plant, up to 3-5 ft.

Rooted plants are shipped bare root (no pot, minimum soil). Roots are trimmed to aid recovery from shipping/replanting shock. Cuttings may or may not have roots developed. You will receive a plant similar to the pictures.

Cutting size is measured either across the rosette when wide open (for single rosette cuttings) or overall length (for multiheaded cuttings or upright cuttings), whichever is larger. Cuttings may have short stems that do not stick out, which will not affect rooting.

Aeonium care: Needs porous soil, bright light, and protection from frost. Water thoroughly when soil is dry.
