This easy vegetarian, one pot, delicious, peanutty satay sauce, ready in 20 minutes, will turn a weeknight chicken meal into a family favourite.

- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup water
