The majestic interiors and architecture still echo the glory of the golden era of the past. This spectacular fort is located in Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra and makes up for one of the most famous trekking destinations in Maharashtra. By Car:

It is about 201 kilometres away from Mumbai and it takes 4hours and 30 minutes to reach this place on a day with normal traffic. Follow NH 3 to Ghoti-Shukl Tirth Road/Nagpur-Aurnagabad-Mumbai Highway in Khambale. Continue on Ghoti-Shukl Tirth Rd/Nagpur-Aurnagabad-Mumbai Highway to your destination.
