The Greek God of Indian cinema turns 45 today and we can do nothing else but reminisce with a marathon of his movies. Hrithik Roshan has been a part of the Hindi film industry for 18 years now and not once he has not impressed us with his perfectly sculpted body.

Being trained by people like Kris Gethin and Satyajit Chourasia, it is no shocker that he has been in such an incredible shape all this while. In an earlier interview with IndiaToday.in, Kris Gethin mentioned how proud he is of Hrithik Roshan's physique, as it was especially hard for the superstar because of his injuries.

"Basically, the training is the same for everybody, just that with Hrithik, I had a tougher attitude. Hrithik's injuries I had to work really hard on; he's extremely attuned with his body, so he got through it in a disciplined way. When people look at Hrithik's chiselled body and say that it's Photoshopped or is because of steroids, I consider my job done. Hrithik is like a god in India, people follow him blindly. If I can do justice to his status, I am happy," said Kris in a 2015 interview.

Satyajit Chourasia, another of Hrithik's trainers, said that the actor is one of his most motivated clients. In another interview to India Today, Chourasia said, "Hrithik is addicted to his workouts."

For Hrithik Roshan, working out is his biggest stress buster. The biryani lover doesn't really believe in cheat days but when he gorges on his favourite food, he makes sure to have a cup of green tea to get rid of the starch.

Chourasia said in an interview with Men's Health, "Hrithik is the most dedicated. He is always motivated. Working out is a stress buster for him. He calls me at night too to workout. He believes that training is everything. He says that he works out for himself for his well being and health, everything else he does for family. After training, he is a completely different person."

Hrithik is all set to get back into his superhero avatar for Krrish 4 after seven years. Krrish 3 hit the screens in 2013, and the franchise will see its next installment in 2020. Roshan is also set to star in a YRF project with Tiger Shroff.
