Description
Acanthocybium solandri, comonally known as Wahoo in English and Ono in Hawaii, and Peto in Spanish. Freshly caught in Costa Rica by sport fishers off Playas del Coco, Guanacaste. Wahoo are prized sport fish known for the their speed and strength. They are also well regarded as food for their very firm, dense white flesh. This wahoo is flanked by two Mahi Mahi.
