In partnership with the CCG Operations team, He developed a BI infrastructure and presentation layer that is instrumental in reducing time spent in the field in building reports and managing data. The work has reduced the complexity in data mining across multiple data sources and systems and aimed to standardize and automate into one platform. In Q1 the team delivered just that rolling out the CCG Data Warehouse and CCG One Cube pivot. The new infrastructure has now created a one stop shop for all CCG BI data ranging from Financial, Market/Share, Operations, Account and Scorecard/KPIs. Just in Q1 the new infrastructure has allowed both Field and Corp users to eliminate reports and activities as they have begun leveraging the new infrastructure.”
