In this work, she reviewed the literature development of the Internet transport control protocol (TCP) and proposed a novel scheme to enhance the performance of TCP protocol in high speed networks. She then quickly learned several network simulation tools and implemented the new scheme. The promising analysis and results are under submission for publication in IEEE Journal/conference.
