Today I am a proud father, because my son just got his N1 JLPT Certification. With total score of 176/180, he got flawless scores in Vocab/Grammar and Listening .. an a score of 56/60 in reading, hence 'A' scores in Vocab and Grammar.
Started when we did vacation in Japan backthen, he became interested in japanese language. Then, he self-learnt it from youtube and mangas. From this self-learn, he already passed the N3. Then he started to learn it more serious through course, and got the N2. Then he has to quit the course, since the teachers are also only have N2 certification. Though not in course anymore, he keep mastering his skill, and managed to get his N1.
So for parents, we may never know that from just simply a vacation, it may have impact to the future of our kids.
So, for Li-ers who need a native-level fluency Japanese speaker - don't hesitate to drop me a note, to get connected with my son ... 😊
