Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj declared Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar as the true leader of the oppressed classes in India at the Mangaon conference on March 21, 1920. And in 2001, Kanshi Ramji declared Mayawati as his successor. Today on 9th October, the day of Mahaparinirvan of Kanshi Ram ji, I have no hesitation to say that in today's time we need people like Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj and Kanshi Ramji who have done many social reform works and Babasaheb and Mayawati. Like identifying leaders and showing them the way or platform. Today we and the people in our deprived Bahujan society have become scholars by reading many books. Perhaps such scholars, such thinkers who have no equal. But if I look at political success, I see nothing but talks and speeches. Everyone is seen standing alone on their way carrying their flag. Seeing so many flags today, the people of the deprived Bahujan Samaj are distraught, distraught and divided. He again needs some Kanshi Ram who can reunite him with his leader. And it matters even more in today's environment because everyone is presenting Babasaheb in his own way and tells himself to be his true follower but is not able to show political success. The importance of Kanshi Ram ji can be gauged only from the fact that he showed oneness to the deprived Bahujan society, which is in dire need today.

छत्रपति शाहूजी महाराज ने 21 मार्च, 1920 को मानगाँव सम्मेलन में डॉ. बाबासाहेब अम्बेडकर को भारत में उत्पीड़ित वर्गों का सच्चा नेता घोषित किया। और 2001 में, कांशी रामजी ने मायावती को अपना उत्तराधिकारी घोषित किया। आज 9 अक्टूबर को कांशीराम जी के महापरिनिर्वाण के दिन, मुझे यह कहने में कोई संकोच नहीं है कि आज के समय में हमें छत्रपति शाहूजी महाराज और कांशी रामजी जैसे लोगों की जरूरत है जिन्होंने कई समाज सुधार कार्य किए हैं और बाबासाहेब और मायावती। जैसे नेताओं की पहचान करना और उन्हें रास्ता या मंच दिखाना। आज हम और हमारे वंचित बहुजन समाज में लोग अनेक पुस्तकें पढ़कर विद्वान बन गए हैं। शायद ऐसे विद्वान, ऐसे विचारक जिनका कोई समान नहीं है। लेकिन अगर मैं राजनीतिक सफलता को देखता हूं, तो मुझे बातचीत और भाषणों के अलावा कुछ नहीं दिखता। हर कोई अपना झंडा लिए अपने-अपने रास्ते पर अकेला खड़ा दिखाई दे रहा है। आज इतने सारे झंडे देखकर वंचित बहुजन समाज के लोग व्याकुल, विचलित और विभाजित हैं। उसे फिर से कोई कांशीराम चाहिए जो उन्हें उनके नेता से मिला सके| और यह आज के परिवेश में और भी मायने रखता है क्योकि है हर कोई बाबा साहेब को अपने अपने ढंग से प्रस्तुत कर रहा है और अपने आपको उनका सच्चा अनुयायी बताता है पर राजनैतिक सफलता नहीं दिखा पा रहा है| कांशीराम जी का महत्त्व आप इससे ही लगा सकते है की उन्होंने वंचित बहुजन समाज को एक रह दिखाई जिस की आज सख्त जरुरत है|
