  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • STEP 1.Clean and pat dry the bhetki fish fillets.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and olive oil to make a marinade.
  • STEP 3.Coat the fish fillets with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • STEP 5.Place the marinated fish fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • STEP 6.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
