Actress Isha Koppikar and her husband Timmy Narang have decided to end their 14-year marriage due to compatibility issues, as reported by ETimes. The divorce was finalized the previous month, prompting Isha to move out of their shared residence with their nine-year-old daughter, Rianna. A source revealed, “Compatibility issues arose in their relationship some time ago. Despite their efforts to salvage the marriage, it didn't work out. Isha has since relocated and is now living separately with their daughter.”
When contacted by a news portal, Isha responded with a text message emphasizing, “I am not ready to discuss it yet. I value my privacy and would appreciate your understanding.” Timmy has not yet provided any comment on the matter. The couple, who met at a gym, tied the knot in November 2009. Timmy, a restaurateur, and Isha fell in love before their marriage.
Speaking of her acting career, Isha Koppikar appeared in Hindi and South Indian films, featuring in movies like Assi Nabbe Poorey Sau, Kavacha, Love You Loktantra, Pinjar, LOC Kargil, Hum Tum, Rudraksh, Darna Mana Hai, Krishna Cottage, D, Kyaa Kool Hai Hum, and Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya?. Her fame soared with the item song Bachke Tu Rehna in the film Company. Her recent appearance was in the Tamil film Ayalaan.
She ventured into politics in 2019, aligning with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Presently, she serves as the working president of the BJP's women's transport wing.
