The couple moved into their Hollywood Hills house. Several scenes of Blonde are shot in this house. When Marilyn separated from DiMaggio, she moved into a luxurious penthouse in West Hollywood. After her marriage to Arthur Miller, Monroe moved into a penthouse in Midtown East, New York. The couple moved back to Los Angeles into a house in Palm Springs. Sometime after her separation from Miller, Marilyn bought her first house in 1961. She couldn’t even live for a year in her house. Norma Jean Baker passed away at the age of 36 due to a barbiturate overdose.
