Leaves nonaromatic; petiole shorter than blades; blade ovate-lanceolate base narrowly to broadly cuneate, margins to shallowly serrate or entire, apex acute to subobtuse. Inflorescences glomerules or occasionally 1-flowered peduncles in terminal and lateral compound spikes; bracts absent.
