Cole and Dylan Sprouse Engaged in Some Brotherly Sparring on Social Media

Cole and Dylan Sprouse grew up making the world laugh on the small screen on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, and now in their adult lives, they've continued to take their (albeit much drier) humor to the public on social media.

On Friday, July 20, Cole and Dylan Sprouse went at it again trolling each other about which of the twins was preferred by their mom. "You were the unplanned one @colesprouse," Dylan tweeted, provoking the joke feud. "And the favorite one," Cole sparred back.

Some fans immediately picked up on the joke here, which is that anytime twins are conceived, one of them is technically unplanned. Props to Dylan for somehow being both savage and meta at the same time.

Of course, this is far from the first time that Cole and Dylan have roasted each other online. Though their social media presence has remained strong over the years, Dylan opened up to IndieWire explaining that the two were taking their time and exploring their own paths in life after coming out of child stardom together.

“We both have been lucky enough to be actually successful in the things that we have strived to do,” Dylan said of himself and Cole. “But I think for us these last couple of years have really been an exploration of not only who we are as people, but also who we are as individuals outside of each other, and I think we’re really comfortable with that. The only thing that kind of stinks is that it generally means that we’re away from each other for long periods of time and we’re both very close so it’s very hard with him living in Vancouver year round and not seeing him very much. When we do reunite and hang out, it’s very nice.”

Regardless of where life takes them, it's refreshing to see that once brothers, always brothers remains true...scathing jokes included.
