Since last year, Tollywood has been regularly importing Malayalam girls to fill the girl-next-door roles in our movies. Already, lovely lasses like Keerthi Suresh, Anu Emanuel, Nivedha Thomas, Anupama Parameshwaran and Namitha Pramod to name a few have made their way into Telugu cinema scene from Kerala.
Now,the latest we hear is that another Malayalam star Nikhila Vimal is set to debut in Tollywood with Allari Naresh’s next project which will be directed by G. Prajith. An official remake of Malayalam comedy thriller, Oru Vadakkan Selfie, the Telugu version will have slight changes in the script with the humour aplenty. Kevvu Keka producer Bopanna Chandrasekhar will bankroll the film which also stars Avasarala Srinivas in a crucial role.
The regular shooting will commence from mid March in Pollachi and the unit will move to Hyderabad for the next schedule.
