Who is Vicky Kaushal?
Vicky Kaushal is an actor from India who works in Hindi films.
He was born on May 16, 1988, and raised in Bombay, now known as Mumbai.
He studied at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology where he earned a degree in engineering.
After completing his studies, Vicky started his career in the film industry assisting Anurag Kashyap in 2012.

Vicky landed his first lead acting role in 2015 in the independent drama Masaan.
He received much praise from critics for his role as famous Indian revolutionary Udham Singh in the film Sardar Udham in 2021.
He won the IIFA Award for Best Actor and the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor for the role in 2022.
The same year he took on the titular role in musical romance Almost Pyaar With DJ Mohabbat, and in 2023 he starred as Kapil Dubey in Zara Hatke Zara Bachke.

Romantically, Vicky was linked to actress Harleen Sethi in 2018 but reports of their split were made public in early 2019.
At an awards show the same year, Vicky proposed to Katrina on stage - at their very first meeting.
However it was all revealed to be part of the script.
But the "joke" proposal soon turned into the real thing as the pair soon became a couple and fell in love.
