Peaches was found dead at her home in Wrotham, Kent in April 2014.
The model was at home with one of her sons at the time of her death.
Her mother Paula Yates died from the same cause when Peaches was 11-years-old.
Her funeral was held in the same church where she was married, where her parents were married, and where her mother's funeral service was held.
What was her cause of death?
An inquest into her death found she had died of a heroin overdose.
A coroner ruled that Peaches’ death was “drug-related” after post-mortem
results revealed heroin in her system and needle marks on her elbow and
thighs.
North West Kent Coroner’s Court was told that the model and journalist had
battled addiction in the two-and-a-half years before her death.
