Renault India Achieves 1 Million Production Milestone

Renault India today announced that it has reached the production milestone by manufacturing 10,00,000 vehicles in the country. Renault's facility in Chennai has played a vital role in accomplishing this remarkable feat. With an annual production capacity of 4,80,000 units, the facility has played a pivotal role in Renault’s growth in the Indian market.

Renault India has announced that the company has reached yet another production milestone in India. Renault has crossed the 1 million production milestone in India. Using the Indian government's Make-in-India vision, Renault's manufacturing facility, along with its extensive ecosystem of multi-tier suppliers and dealers, has made significant contributions to the economy, society, and nation-building.

The company has also taken ‘Make in India, Make for the world’ vision forward by converting India into a global hub. The company has strengthened its exports over the years and currently offers three passenger vehicle models in India: the popular KWID, KIGER, and TRIBER. Moreover, Renault exports its vehicles to 14 countries across SAARC, Asia Pacific, Indian Oceanic Region, South Africa, and East Africa.
