Lambis Truncata Shell is a 3d model of species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Strombidae.



In spite of its weight and considerable size, the shell is favored, especially by tourists, due to the beauty of its heavily glazed aperture. Found in shallow lagoons to the outer edge of reefs. Shell of old specimens often worn and encrusted with calcareous algae, vermetid snails, and tubes of polychaete worms. The distribution of Lambis truncata' includes the Indian Ocean off Aldabra, Chagos, Madagascar, Mauritius, Tanzania; the Bay of Bengal and in the Pacific Ocean along the Philippines. 'Lambis truncata' lives on rubble and coarse sand in shallow water.
For marine invertebrates, underwater animals, aquatic fauna, water wildlife, ocean water fishing, marine science, marine fauna, oceanology, ocean animals, aquarium invertebrates, or ocean fauna promotional projects.

Lambis Truncata Shell is a high quality, photo real 3d model that will enhance detail and realism to any of your rendering projects.
