PUPPET SHOW DRAMA :
(Inputs by Dr Dwaram Tyagaraj)

Puppet show

Words are inadequate to express the true ecstasy. Expression is insufficient to express brilliance. These are the feeling in the hearts of one and all that visited and witnessed the puppet show (presented by artistes) of the Kalajyotsna Troupe under the aegis of Eight Wonder Entertainers at Kalabharathi Auditorium on Tuesday evening. Written by Mr. Nadiminti Narasinga Rao, the play was directed by no lesser celebrity than Mr. L. Satyanand who is credited with tuning and coaching many film stars of name and fame in Tollywood and its sister organisations.

Starting with the popular theme, Mohini Bhasmasura, the play took a gradual and steady turn dealing with social evils. The audience comprising, connoisseurs and the common man all erupted and appreciated with thunderous applause. The theme, in line with current affairs, has struck the right chord. Mr. L. Satyanand, Ms. Saarika, Mr. S. Kumar, Mr. M. VenkataRao, Mr. AnilKumar, Ms. Hema and Mr. R. V. Ramana have enlivened the show and will long remembered by Vizagites.

Exquisite music by Nischal and excellent make-up by Mr. Bharani glorified the play which was enhanced with appropriate sound and light effects by Mr. D. Subrahmanyam & Mr. B. Sanyasiraju. Excellent stage settings were by Mr. Dani, Tataji. Mr. NavinKumar played an effective role as publicity designer and Mr. Badamgirsai organised the programme. The voice of Mr. Bhisetti Venkateswara Rao filled the air with resonance.
