Up till now, Chadha’s wedding palette has incorporated light-coloured pastel hues for her wedding nuptials. While shades of gold and ivory have ruled the mood boards for this year's brides, Richa Chadha embraced the golden hue for her cocktail ceremony. She gave the trusty lehenga and overstated gowns a rest and donned an evergreen statement-making drape for herself. The actor wore a Kresha Bajaj sari, who is famously known for her intricate detailing, conceptual designs and ‘love story’ lehengas. True to her style, Richa Chadha’s drape also came with their love story custom embroidered on the drape. The sari drenched in glittery embroidered work was paired with a heavy statement choker set which was custom made by an ancestral Bikaneri jeweller family. She let the outfit speak for itself and styled it up with an unconventional bohemian-styled ponytail with hair tendrils falling to her face. Sticking to the theme, the bride-to-be wore light glittery makeup emphasising on eyes with a bold golden smoky finish.
