Actress Adah Sharma recently wowed critics with her surprising performance in a short film, Tindey. Directed by Seema Desai, the film was about a man trying to have an extra-marital affair with a girl through a dating app called 'Tindey'. The name of the app used in the film hints at a popular dating app with almost the same name. Coming back to Adah's short film, it received rave reviews from the masses as well as the critics. It was even filmed at the Jagran Film Festival.

Adah played the role of Molly Sharma, who tricked a middle-aged man Kranti (Rajesh Sharma) into believing that she loved him. Her performance was equally good as that of Rajesh and Ashwini Kalsekar. Long story short, Tindey was a sweet take on modern-day relationships and new-age dating apps.

Recently, during an interaction with Zoom TV Digital, Adah spoke about the response that she received so far for her character. While talking about it, the actress made it clear that she isn't like her character Molly in real life. "It has been very good. I am happy that people are loving the film. I am playing this millennial girl, but I am not like her (who used the man in the film) in real life. It is not done in a malicious way."

The actress also revealed that every time she does something different, people like it. "They get irritated if I do the same thing," she said.

Since the film is a take on dating apps, we asked about Adah about her thoughts on the same. To which, she said, "To each their own. I cannot endorse it as I have never been on it. It is because I believe in old school romance."

Before ending the conversation with Adah, we asked the actress about her thoughts on extra-marital affairs. In response to which, she added, "Extra-marital affairs, I clearly do not endorse it at all. I will say get married only if you want to be with that person and when you are sure that you don't want to have affairs. Why have affairs and make everybody miserable. If you are going to get married, only stick to that person. Be sure that you want to be with that person. Otherwise, don't. Then, you can have a million affairs, but be careful of STDs."
