Pasupuleti made her silver screen debut with the 2015 action-comedy Masala Padam directed by Laxman Kumar. The movie also featured Shiva, Bobby Simha, and Lakshmi Devy in lead roles. 

The 33-year-old actress has also acted in Tamil and Malayalam movies like Ko 2, Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran, Manal Kayiru 2, Girls and Thiraikku Varadha Kathai.
