Twinkle Khanna pens goofy birthday wish for sister Rinke Khanna: ‘May you never have to deal with fools, except me’

Rinke made her Bollywood debut in the 1999 musical drama, Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi. She then starred in films like Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai, Yeh Hai Jalwa, Pran Jaye Par Shaan Na Jaye, and Jhankaar Beats, among others. She tied the knot with Samir Saran in 2003 and shifted to the UK. The couple has two daughters.

Rinke’s daughter Naomika Saran also took to her Instagram account and shared a beautiful picture of herself with her mother. She wrote in the caption, “Happy birthday mama, I love you.”

Twinkle had earlier said that her sister is her secret keeper and her book buddy. She shared on Instagram, “I often call my sister before I start a new book. She reads more than me and I suspect faster as well. If she says it’s great then I feel reassured. We also talk about books a lot:) We are not demonstrative. My sister and I. Hugs are given gingerly and jibes are our version of kisses. Yet within most of the stories I write, a pair of devoted sisters always stare back at me from a stack of printed pages.”
