Randeep Hooda recalls his low phase, dealing with depression: 'I sold everything in my house...'
Randeep Hooda, who is currently promoting his film, 'Swatantra Veer Savarkar', recently opened up about his financial challenges that came up when he had no work.
In a recent interview, Randeep discussed his challenging times, revealing that for 11 years out of his 23-year career, he rarely found himself on set. He faced financial struggles, selling off belongings but refusing to part with his horses.
Despite setbacks like an incomplete film after extensive preparation, he emphasized the importance of mental resilience.

During this difficult period, Randeep experienced profound depression, feeling as though life had been split in half due to an unfinished project. He nearly left the film 'Extraction' as a result. Seeking solace, he visited a Gurudwara, seeking forgiveness for breaking his pledge to maintain his hair until the completion of the film, made at the Golden Temple in Amritsar. Despite subsequent struggles with weight gain and a lack of work for three years, he resolved to take things one step at a time. His parents expressed concern, urging him not to repeat his past actions. However, he found himself in a similar situation during the filming of the biopic on Veer Savarkar.
